WIP - Tulips in a vase

Digital drawing done with Adobe Illustrator based on a tutorial.

This is the first step : the vase 

What have I learned ?

Create a 3D looking object based on a line and use of the “3D revolution” option of Illustrator.
Automatically repeat and arrange a form (the round dots)
Apply a flat form (the dots repetition) on a 3D looking object (the round dots are deformed according to the surface of the vase).
